This blog will act as an online journal for my class to share their experiences as they participate in a sustainability project. First, they will recycle an old t-shirt to create a reusable shopping bag. Second, they will use their t-shirt bag instead of a disposable bag every chance they get for the month of October. Each time they use the bag, they will record their use on this blog. At the end of the month, we will see how many disposable bags they saved.

I went to the grocery store with my mom the other day and she has so many of the re-usable bags that she always takes with her. I took mine with me too and together i think we saved about 10 plastic bags.
That is alot of useable bags. It sounds to me that your family trys to save bags alot. way to go.
